Respect in the Workplace (Employers)


The purpose of the Respect in the Workplace program is to educate employers on the legal roles and responsibilities of all workplace parties as it relates to harassment (including sexual harassment), discrimination, and violence in the workplace. It explores what employers should consider when developing workplace violence and harassment policies and programs and how to respond to acts of harassment, discrimination, and/or workplace violence in their workplace.
