At HR Performance & Results Inc. we provide an unconventional approach to Human Resources. We develop integrated HR systems within companies that result in significant “bottom line” results.
HR Performance & Results was incorporated in September of 2003 by Janice Leroux, CHRL who strongly believes that all businesses, regardless of size, need senior level HR expertise from partners who are attuned to their business needs. Since 2003, HR Performance and Results has grown into a boutique style full service Human Resources and Health & Safety firm. We work with both provincially and federally regulated companies in a variety of industry sectors that do not have internal HR expertise or an existing HR team that needs additional support. We are located in Ontario, but we provide support to companies across Canada!
Our organizational structure is the same structure as an internal human resources department consisting of senior level HR Partners (CHRL/CHRP Designated), Generalists, Specialists, Coordinators and an Administrative Support team.
What do we value?
Integrity and Accountability
Our commitment to providing our clients with the highest quality of services and uncompromising standards of ethics is our top priority. While we succeed as a team, everyone’s commitment and contribution to our Firm and our clients is held to the highest standard. As individual professionals, we demonstrate ethical, transparent and consistent behaviours and be accountable for everything we do.
Partners
We take more than just a collaborative approach to teamwork. When working with our clients we are one in the same; their goals are our goals, their challenges are our challenges. We share in their success! There is no room for our egos; the only way we can achieve greatness is through the strength of our partnerships.
Progressive
Today’s workplaces require openness to accepting and valuing the beliefs, viewpoints, and experiences of others in contributing to real success. Navigating what is “correct/just/best” in today’s complex social/political/economic climate is challenging. We must strive to create informed and creative solutions for our clients to approach today’s unique workplace challenges. And we must continuously strive to challenge industry norms and practices to explore leading edge solutions.
Personal and Professional Growth
To provide the highest level of service, we must ensure our team is confident, knowledgeable, and open to all learning opportunities to produce meaningful results. We are heavily invested in our team’s growth and our client’s growth in very meaningful ways.
Empathy
Relationships, both business and personal, are built on deep connections. We strive to strengthen these connections with an empathetic approach to better understand and serve our clients. By assessing situations and challenges equally from all sides, we are better able to understand, address, and find meaningful solutions that meet the needs of every person involved.
Performance & Results
HRPAR assists clients to make informed decisions and provides the tools and strategies necessary to overcome today’s complex workplace challenges. We have the courage to lead the difficult conversations but respect contrarian views in order to achieve our client’s desired results.
