HR Performance & Results Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Site in accordance with this Agreement.

Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us,

  • any credit information you supply is true and complete,
  • charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company,

Termination of Membership

After the 30-day period for using the HR Performance & Results Inc. E-Learning Course, respectively, access to the program will be terminated.

You shall be solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your content on the Site.
